Bill Tieman is truly One of A Kind!  Starting in 1970, he started Developing Land, Commercial Buildings and Home Tracts in the Thousands.  Needless to say Bill is just the type of guy we needed to make this work! Bill or "Wild Bill" as he is known by his friends enjoy his company and his passions is Making those insanely expensive nitrious cars go up sand dunes!  Bill is the Real Deal.

Rob Paisola is a businessman who Went to Brigham Young University, learned a lot, met a lot of people and now is the CEO and President of Western Capital International. Robs main talent is his ability to "Assemble Teams and Make them Perform" As a Venture Capitalist, Rob has an uncanny ability to look at deals that cross his desk and  pick the winners!  Rob is a member of the National Media.

Dr. Mustafa is someone that we wanted on our team really bad.  He brings a wealth of knowledge to the VP Development Team.  Al and Rob have been friends for over 20 years and this is the 7th deal that they have successfully done together.  Al is the kind of guy you can call at 3:00 AM the day before payroll, Needing 100K, and IT IS THERE.

Missy Lewis is based out of Our Salt Lake City, Utah Office.  She serves as our Director of National Policy.  Missy comes to VPD from her experience in getting Legislation Written and Passed for Our Clients and our Industry,  She was instrumental in working with The US Senate on The Passage of the National Land Act,  that had significant impact on The Construction Industry as well as Crafting Legislation for Fracking in The Oil and Gas Industry.   As a Motivational Speaker, She Directs our Charitable Foundations and is simply a natural leader in both sales, team building, Policy Development and Finance .  With these stellar achievements, Missy was our Number One  Choice why we Chose her as our Director of National Policy

 After Graduating from Boston University, Amy Lantino, heard from a friend that we were looking for a Public Relations Director.  Amy, Immediately got ahold of our CEO,  Robert Paisola and started to explain why SHE was the ABSOLUTE BEST CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION, " If you are looking for someone to tell you like it it....That's ME!" She Compared herself to President Trump's Press Secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, When Bill and Rob heard this and saw her demo reel... it was a no brainer.  We hired her on the Spot.  Amy is based in Boston Mass, and will be transferring to our Las Vegas Headquarters in 2022.

As Our Corporate Vice President, Lisa Hall brings over two 2 decades of experience in the Real Estate Market to VPD.  As a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Investor, with a large portfolio, including two homes in Hawaii, She has dealt with many issues that A General Contractor would need.  From Having to  Negotiate and Secure Permits from Island Tribal  Masters, to Building Access Roads Access Prohibited Federal Green Spaces, She was our Choice for our Hawaii Operation!  Lisa resides in Honolulu, Hawaii and Works Remotely... And refuses to travel for meetings!  Wouldn't You?
